Nomadic and BUMBLEance want to give everyone, everywhere, the medical transportation and support they need. With every pot sold, we donate 5 cents to BUMBLEance CHILDREN’S AMBULANCE SERVICE.

BUMBLEance provides 2,OOO trips each year, travelling over half a million kilometres. Their services are available free of charge to any child in need of medical attention, anywhere in Ireland. They transport children in a fun environment from the far reaches of Ireland, both urban and rural, to treatment centres.
At BUMBLEance their aim is to make every trip a positive experience.
promotion TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promotion Overview:
1.1 The promotion involves a charitable donation of 5 cents per pot sold of Nomadic Yogurt & Oat Clusters, Chocolate & Honeycomb flavour to BUMBLEance, a Children’s Ambulance Service in Ireland with the registered charity number of 2OO75163.
1.2 The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.
1.3 The charitable donation is limited to a maximum donation of €5,OOO. If this maximum donation value is reached prior to the promotion closing date, additional donations over and above €5,OOO will not be made by NOMADIC Ltd.
1.4 The promotion begins on O1.O5.2O24 and ends at midnight on 23.O8.24.
2. Eligibility:
2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.
2.2 To participate in this promotion, participants must purchase a Nomadic promotional pack of Yogurt & Oat Clusters, Chocolate & Honeycomb flavour, from listed retailers in The Republic of Ireland.
3. Charitable Donation:
3.1 The charitable donation of up to €5,OOO will be made after the closing date of the 23.O8.2O24 to BUMBLEance following receipt of sales confirmation within NOMADIC’s listed retailers within The Republic of Ireland.
3.2 The charitable donation will be made directly from NOMADIC to BUMBLEance.
3.3 The designated charity for this promotion is BUMBLEance with the registered charity number 2OO75163.
3.4 NOMADIC reserve the right to change the designated charity at its discretion.
4. Limitation to liability:
4.1 NOMADIC shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of participating in the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
4.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
5. General:
5.1 NOMADIC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.2 NOMADIC’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
