The Gavin Glynn Foundation Mission

Nomadic and Gavin Glynn want to give every child in Ireland the very best cancer treatment and support possible. 

The mission of the Gavin Glynn Foundation is to assist families with all the logistics and financial aspects of travelling overseas for specialist cancer treatment not available in Ireland. By taking the financial burden and stress away from the families, it allows parents to focus all their time on their child and family.

promotion TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Overview:

1.1 The promotion involves a charitable donation of 5 cents per pot sold of Nomadic Yogurt & Oat Clusters, Chocolate & Honeycomb flavour to Gavin Glynn Foundation, a children’s cancer charity in Ireland with the registered charity number of 564553.

1.2 The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.

1.3 The charitable donation is limited to a maximum donation of €1O,OOO. If this maximum donation value is reached prior to the promotion closing date, additional donations over and above €1O,OOO will not be made by Nomadic Foods Ltd.

1.4 The promotion begins on O1.O7.2O26 and ends at midnight on 31.O8.26.

2. Eligibility:

2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.

2.2 To participate in this promotion, participants must purchase a Nomadic promotional pack of Yogurt & Oat Clusters, Chocolate & Honeycomb flavour, from listed retailers in The Republic of Ireland.

3 Charitable Donation:

3.1 The charitable donation of up to €1O,OOO will be made after the closing date of the 31.O8.2O26 to Gavin Glynn Foundation following receipt of sales confirmation within Nomadic Foods Ltd’s listed retailers within The Republic of Ireland.

3.2 The charitable donation will be made directly from Nomadic Foods Ltd to Gavin Glynn Foundation.

3.3 The designated charity for this promotion is Gavin Glynn Foundation with the registered charity number 564553.

3.4 Nomadic Foods Ltd reserve the right to change the designated charity at its discretion.

4 Limitation to liability:

4.1 Nomadic Foods Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of participating in the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

4.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

5 General:

5.1 Nomadic Foods Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Nomadic Foods Ltd’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
